            Primary requirements (must have):
                    •	Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
                    •	Understanding of customer support processes and communication protocols.
                    •	Extensive understanding of company’s products and services to answer support related questions
                    •	Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
                    •	Should be interested in travelling and making new contacts at various fronts to help grow a successful business,
                            Maintain and improve a knowledge base
